2. Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out on what basis we sell any of the products listed on the Mama to Mama Online Shop to you.

Please ensure you read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Product from the Online Shop

We amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

These terms and conditions and any Contract between us will only be in the English language.

3. Products

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, images, descriptions and prices of the Products are accurate and correct at the time of their entry and uploaded onto the Online Shop.

NB: Colours and images may vary slightly depending on your device.

4. Availability

All Products displayed on the Online Shop are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is unavailable and we will not process your order if made.

5. Prices

  • All prices are in GBP.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Postage costs and options are shown at checkout, these are Royal Mail prices.

6. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are processed securely through Squarespace.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

7. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 4 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail services.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

8. Data Protection

  • We only use your personal data to process your order

  • Your personal data is not stored once your purchase and delivery are complete.

  • We do not sell or share your data.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is:

  • unused

  • in its original packaging

  • in a resalable condition

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened skincare products).

2. How to Request a Return

With the following information:

  • your order number

  • the item you wish to return

  • the reason for return

We will provide instructions for posting the item back.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

  • Postage costs are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Provide photos where possible

  • We will offer a replacement or refund

  • We will send the replacement item via Royal mail second class free postage for you.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer exchanges

  • Customers may return an item and place a new order.

6. Lost Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and update you.
